2. What these terms cover
These terms govern your use of the Hugo Alarm Systems website at hugoalarms.com. They do not form the contract for an alarm installation — that contract is the separate survey and order documentation you will receive if you proceed.
3. Acceptable use
You may use this website to:
- read information about our packages and our service area;
- request a quote;
- contact us at the email address shown.
You must not:
- submit false, misleading or automated form entries;
- attempt to access or interfere with parts of the site that are not publicly served;
- copy, scrape, mirror or republish substantial parts of the site;
- misuse content, branding or photography in a way that suggests endorsement by Hugo Alarm Systems when none has been given.
4. Quotes and pricing
Prices and package details published on the website are accurate at the time of publication and apply to a standard installation within our service area. Final pricing is confirmed in writing after a free survey and may vary if your property requires non-standard work.
ReclaimHQ Ltd is not VAT registered. Prices on the website are the price you pay; no VAT is added at checkout or on invoices.
5. Intellectual property
The Hugo Alarm Systems name, logo, and lockup, the website copy, and the design system are owned by ReclaimHQ Ltd or licensed to us. You may not reproduce them for commercial use without our prior written consent. Ajax is a trademark of its respective owner; Hugo Alarm Systems is an independent installer of Ajax-platform hardware.
6. Third-party links
Where the website links to third-party sites, we do so for convenience only and we are not responsible for their content or practices.
7. Liability
The website is provided on an “as is” basis. We make reasonable efforts to keep it accurate and available, but we do not warrant that it will be uninterrupted or error-free.
To the fullest extent permitted by law, ReclaimHQ Ltd is not liable for any indirect or consequential loss arising from your use of the website.
